articulares, no sent\u00eda ninguna atracci\u00f3n por el deporte. Pero un gimnasio abri\u00f3 a pocos metros de mi casa. Vi la oportunidad de fortalecerme y ganar peso, esperando as\u00ed ganar confianza en m\u00ed mismo&#8230; y as\u00ed fue. Despu\u00e9s de 3 a\u00f1os, gan\u00e9 10 kilos. Pero despu\u00e9s de 5 a\u00f1os, alcanc\u00e9 mis l\u00edmites. Sent\u00eda que luchaba contra m\u00ed mismo y mi metabolismo para mantener mi peso y masa muscular. La preparaci\u00f3n deportiva no pod\u00eda ser un objetivo en s\u00ed mismo, sino un medio para practicar un deporte real.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una lesi\u00f3n en el hombro y una cirug\u00eda me dieron la oportunidad de prepararme para un nuevo comienzo. Quer\u00eda practicar un deporte para liberar estr\u00e9s, reducir el riesgo de lesiones y, sobre todo, respetar mi cuerpo. Mis seres queridos me aconsejaron que me sumergiera en la nataci\u00f3n.
