Technique

Origin

  • Swedish massage: It was designed in the 18th century for athletes by the fencing master Henrik LING
  • Californian Massage: It was conceived at the beginning of 1970 during a group session of psychotherapy. Other names for Californian massage are: “harmonic massage”, "neurosensory massage” or “holistic massage”
