These well-being classes allow participants to discover and practice three different techniques in a group setting. The format can be adapted to meet needs in terms of duration (30 or 60 minutes), locations (outdoors or indoors), and programme. The classes are suitable for people with reduced mobility or limited body flexibility.
The aim of these classes is to provide simple tools that you can make your own and use whenever needed. Whether in the morning, before bed, to help you fall back asleep, before speaking in public, or before an important meeting. These tools can also help you capture positive moments or overcome difficult ones.

Self-Massage - Do In
This is an energizing and balancing self-massage. It can be learned without any prior requirements, except for wearing comfortable clothing to easily perform the energetic self-massage exercises. Once the group has made sufficient progress, it is expected that this course will be guided by one of the participants. It has a dual effect of individual stimulation and group cohesion.
Energy Points
The skin is dotted with points known for over two thousand years for their benefits. These points can be accessed not only through an acupuncturist’s needle but also by the pressure of your finger. The aim of this course is to locate some of these points and learn how to use them when needed: stress, extreme fatigue, when you feel you are losing control, against dizziness, for relaxation, or to prevent certain headaches and neck tensions, etc.
Energetic Movement and Stretching
Energetic movements and stretching to restart energy circulation. Practiced in the morning to start the day well or during moments of fatigue or stress.
Not only is it beneficial for boosting and balancing energy circulation, but it also has advantages for the body’s structure.
