The name "Connected" came to me during a paradoxical sleep nap, after days of uncertain reflections. I must say, I had high standards: my brand had to be simple yet complex, accessible and meaningful, non-nominative and highly personal, neutral and evolving. I wanted it to encompass my well-being activities across time and space.
Connected, connectado, konnektatuta, connecté. The first domino of this adventure fell in March 2019, triggering a chain reaction of incubations. During a coaching session, I discovered the term "Oneness." I now translate it as the alignment of being and doing. It was a barely visible light at the end of a tunnel. It was confusing, "I'll understand later."
That's when I realised that the infinite journey matters more than the destination. That's what I wanted to capture in my brand. The connection to oneself, to others, and to spaces. The closeness to nature, symbolised by the tree, its reflection, or its roots. Doubt is allowed, but the feeling matters above all else.
I am French, and I arrived in Vitoria-Gasteiz last May. What I appreciate the most are the people, the tranquility, the diversity of nature, the mountains, the proximity to the sea, and the gastronomy. I found all of this here. I am in love with the city and the Basque Country. Settling here is consistent with the person I have become. It is important for the quality of the services I offer you.
I am a certified masseur in a variety of massage techniques. I have also received training in anatomy and physiology, as well as in listening and needs analysis. This allows me to advise you on the most suitable massages.
During my practice, I use two techniques to enhance the quality of the massage. I massage in a state of mindfulness and adopt Tai Chi postures that allow me to ensure a continuous quality of massage.
